Super friendly tech that patiently listened to the incident details and my concerns. Dealt with me directly when I came down to check out the Service King facility since this was Allstate's choice to tow my vehicle here, not mine. Scott attended to me personally and immediately. He took me out to my car and already knew where the issues were. He had the paperwork ready. Service King sent regular texts to update progress and got the job done in impressive time. No waiting to start on it, finished before estimated deadline. Though we agreed there may still be some mechanical issues from the accident, I was comforted comforted by Scott's (and a young assistant there), that I could call if anything seemed wrong. When I came to pick up my car, I nearly cried. It was absolutely beautiful. Scott stayed late waiting on me to get through Friday traffic and was admirably friendly and informative as to caring for my new paint job, and explaining all the effort that was put into my areas of concern. I even got a sweet gift bag full of treats as Service Kings token of appreciation. I may not have originally chosen or knew about Service King, but it turned out to be a great experience and sheer luck for me! Thanks again Scott S. --Charlotte Gay.

I can't think of one thing that could've been improved. Zach Abernathy answered all my questions and explained what to expect. I received progress reports and told when to expect the work to be completed. The work was compiled early and looks great. My car was returned clean, nice surprise.
