Five Stats***** Excellent. Amazing attention to detail...don't know how they can be so organized, and so kind and professional but treat you as if you were their best client! They made what is a stressful situation, kind of fix it all perfectly. My car looks brand new. Even their office is spotless and comfortable. They even helped me get my little dog in my car and settled. PERFECT in everything they do..Thank you.

I have no driven my car long enough to be completely satisfied. Once I drive it for a while and don't hear any clicks, sounds or vibrations I'll know if I'm totally satisfied.

I was really happy with the work that was done on my vehicle and more than pleased with the service. I loved working with Linda! She was very personable and always communicative! My car was there for quite a while and she kept me in the loop at every step. They were also helpful in dealing with Allstate. I really appreciate all that Linda and Walter and everyone there did to help me get my car back as quick as possible. It looks great!

The generic bumper they put on way inferior from the original, you couldopen the trunk and i could see a gap between frame and bumper could i actually see the. Ground, also one of the rims was restore but it outshines other 3... Thefore i was not at all, lady did inspection was more concenerned with collecting deductible than anything else, also when I got home had some stain inside cup holder, it looked like a thick yellow sticky liquid i had to clean it my self..... Going forward not satisfied at all.... People inside the office very pleasant

Customer service was EXCELLENT. Updates each day on my repairs and Linda was very helpful and friendly. I was in and out for drop off and pick up and Car was ready before the date they promised. My experience was the best.
