This is our first experience with Service King. I am very impressed with the quality of work, but also and especially, the customer service. Our Service King representative Alan Gomez made the repair process a breeze. In addition to being friendly and courteous, Alan kept us up to date with all aspects of the repair and claim process. Even with a couple of hang ups with warranty repair from a previous claim, Alan paved the way to a successful outcome for my wife and I getting all the work done on our car, promptly and correctly. I can't say enough about our satisfaction with the work Alan did on our behalf. We look forward to recommending Service King and especially Alan to family and friends who require auto repair. Great job!

One word.. Professional. This whole transaction was handled great by Service King. The initial appointment went smoothly, the continuous follow-up throughout the repair, and the post adjustments were handled with great care. There were a few minor issues which brought me back the next day, but I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. This is the second time I've used your services and although I hope I never have to come back, if I do, I'll be coming back to Service King. Thanks!
