I had the worst experience ever, my truck was not repaired right and I had to go back so they can fix it and I had a very bad experience with all service advisors, I will never do business with them any more.

This is the third time I've had to take our vehicles to your facility due to people hitting our vehicles. On each and every visit Mr. Juan (Johnny) Alcala has been so very courteous and professional!!! When adjusters wanted us to bring our vehicles elsewhere, I highly insisted on bringing our vehicles to Service King. Knowing everything will be handled by Johnny wherein I don't have to deal with the adjusters or the rental car people, makes it so easy for me. Very nicely done bodywork and paint work. One minor detail tho, the left brake light and backup light do not work, very minor I'll check it out myself. As I said the repair work looks very good very pleased with that thanks again

The body work was really good, I can barely notice where they fix it! Also I was very surprised to see that my vehicle was also cleaned in the inside, with 3 kids, that back seat was a mess, the vehicle was vacuumed, windows cleaned even the dashboard was whipped off. That was going above and beyond, I didn't expected that and I really appreciated. Thank you guys!
