I sent estimates (**** for insured work and **** for additional spoiler reconditioning). The estimate email was titled: Fw: copy of repair estimate and other est for right frt lower scrapes on bumper. This additional work was to be done while the bumper was already removed to cut costs and consolidate repair time. When I came to pick up the car, Richard apologized but claimed not to know about additional work, despite it being included in the emailed estimates. I am hoping you will complete the wor without any charge for bumper/spoiler removal. I will still be out a car for that time, but at least can get the additional work completed. Please let me know. I am quite disappointed to have to do additional work, lose my car another few days, and to face additional costs.

My service writer Juan Acala (Johnny) was very professional,friendly,and knowledgeable.He kept me informed through text messages on what stage the repairs were being done and my car was completed on time and delivered back to me when promised. Nice work! My car looks great! Thanks Service King.

Excellent communication by text and phone calls while my vehicle was in the shop. The repair was done perfectly and the back of my vehicle looks better than it did before the accident. They even did a thorough detailing of my vehicle before I picked it up.
