Excellent customer service. My car was immaculately clean very well repaired. One suggestion I have is to let customers know paperwork has to be signed before work can start. Whether that is up to you all or the insurance company, I just wanted to pass it along. Bob was great with my impatience. Thanks! Julie

Rich my guy was amazing, kept me up to date every step of the way calling me every other day. From the moment I stepped in the office to have my car looked at for estimate he was so helpful and I felt comfortable enough to leave my car right then and there. I was even more excited when my car was done a day early. I am not sure how many different people worked on my car BUT it looks brand new even the inside was cleaned for me! THAT SAYS ALOT about the company and their service. I will recommend Service King to all I know because they are top shelf to me! Thank You Richard and your team! I'm really Happy I picked service king to repair my car they did a great job and I would recommend anyon. The only issue I had was when they told me it would take 30 to do paper work for dropping off the car 15 with them and 15 with enterpris. When I call to change the time I went in the girl who answered the call informed me I didn't have to call enterprise they would the day before to inform them my time change. When I showed up that day I finished with service king and enterprise wasn't there yet. Long story short they where never called and from a 30 minute drop off turned into a hour and I was late for work because of being told the wrong information if I would have known I would have called enterprise myself! But other then that everything was great and I really liked how they would call me every step of the way informing me about What's going on to my vehicl.

I had a blue nissan rogue that had some pretty hefty front damage, and this was literally the easiest process possible. Bob gave me updates daily and would promptly return my texts. Darrin the allstate guy was clear and very thorough with my claim. And, the repair was finished two-and-a-half. weeks ahead of their initial quote. You guys **** rule! 10/10
