I received electronic updates on my car and one of the updates said my car was ready for pickup on April 23 and someone will call me to mail arrangements for pickup. No one called, on April 24, I called to see when can I pickup my car and the young man said my car was not ready and the guy that was helping me was not there. So I had to wait until Apirl 26 to pickup my car. When I dropped my car off on April 18, they told me it would only take 3 to 4 days. My compliant is don't see electronic messages that are not correct.
