This is second time we have brought our VECHICALS there and we would not bring it to anyone else.The staff has always been curtious. And they have met our expectations and beyond. Thank you Liberty mutual for introducing us.

Did a terrible job repairing my car. Sunroof is unsealed and leaking, indoor panel is not put together properly, and mechanics got their greasy hands all over the inside and made it filthy. I am attaching pictures to show how my car was given back to me. They also lied to me and said they had to get me my car back 4 business days after it was promised due to a glass part not being delivered, yet when I visited the shop to pick up items left in my car the day it was due to be back, the paint hadn't even been put on the car yet, there was clearly much more to be done than just glass installation. Absolutely appalled with this body shop, and due to the work they did on my car I will make sure they will no longer be guaranteed by Liberty Mutual insurance.
