All the staff were all about customer service. The receptionist greeted me as I walked in and with in less than 3min someone was outside to look at my vehicle. The gieco rep went over the rental car with me and in a little over 24 hours my jeep was fixed and I was on my way. Excellent company.

Yes overall- to my knowledge my car came back in the right condition; I did notice some interior rattling on one of the parts where my inside mirror is but I am fixing it! I appreciate the daily communication and updates as well!
