We were recommended to use this shop. We have never been treated worse by a business. The shop owner did not call with an estimate until we called several times, did not start work on the car for 2 weeks, did not call our insurance adjustor back until he called several times, did not call us when the car was finished and all along, had a horrible attitude and customer service demeanor. In addition, the work was subpar at best. We paid thousands and were returned a car that had an odor inside and was dirty on the outside. Overall, I hope no one else ever has to use this shop. They are incredibly unprofessional.
