Doug communicated with me the entire time and made what turned out to be a difficult repair job as good as it could be. Doug received wrong information from a Volvo dealership that he reached out to that made the repair take almost 2 months. Not only Herb's P&B having my car but, the additional rental costs that I personally had to incur was a very expensive! I used up my insurance rental pretty quickly. the work on my car and the communication were top notch but the expense and wait time were frustrating!
