Frank & Bill's Auto Collision Center

I went to Frank & Bill's to have a fender and a side view mirror replaced. I received my estimate, and had them order the parts a week later. I was told at the time that they would call me when the parts came in to schedule a time to bring my truck in. After over two weeks of not hearing back from Frank & Bill's, I called to see what was going on. I was told that the wrong part was ordered, so a new part had to be ordered and should be in soon. I finally take my truck in to get fixed. When I get it back I find out that only they bumper was replaced. The mirror was never ordered, so I would have to come back again to get the mirror replaced. Then I receive a phone call from Nelson the parts manager trying to tell me that Nissan doesn't make the mirrors on my truck, so my mirrors are after market mirrors. I have to go into the shop again to prove that my mirrors are factory mirrors. Then I get another phone call telling me that they want an additional $175 to replace my mirror. These people are total idiots!!! Their only saving grace is the friendly office staff. This was the first and last time I'll ever use Frank & Bill's!!!
