Mander Collision & Glass

In January of 2014 Mander Replace the skin on the back door. At the time the shop was completely full of cars due to the recent icy conditions. They over promised and under delivered. The car was not ready when promised, even when they told me on the phone it was ready. When they buffed, they damaged some trim. They cracked a molding inside the door and didn't replace it until I pointed it out and had to bring the car back (inconvenience). They offered me free extensive detailing as an apology for the terrible experience, but because the experience was so bad I never took the car in for that detailing! Now, almost exactly two years later the door is rusting along the bottom, and all they will do is sand blast it, and repaint. They will not replace the metal. I was told by the president, "The is the policy". I don't trust their "fix" to "make it right" will work. I don't trust them at all. It's a further inconvenience to have it repaired! It's apparent in 2014 they were biting off more than they could chew and did substandard work.
