I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE OR RECOMMEND FCC AGAIN. THE WORK WAS SUPERB. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION FROM THE CENTER, WHICH I HAVE ALREADY TALKED TO SUSAN ABOUT. I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A EMAIL UPDATE WITHIN 24-48 HOURS WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. I DID ALL THE CALLING. I WILL SAY WHEN I DID CALL EVERYONE WAS RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE. NO ISSUES THERE. THE ONLY OTHER THING WAS THE PERSON WHO DID THE QA INSPECTION CALLED THE WRONG #, NOT THE ONE THAT WE TOLD THEM TO CALL, WHICH RESULTED IN US NOT PICKING UP THE CAR THAT DAY, AND HAVING TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL DAY OF CAR RENTAL. HAD WE REC'D THE CALL, WE WOULD HAV BEEN ABLE TO GET THE CAR BACK BEFORE BEING CHARGED ANOTHER DAY. AS IT WAS, WE ENDED UP PICKING THE CAR UP THE NEXT MORNING, AFTER I CALLED FCC TO CHECK ON THE STATUS. NO NEED FOR ANYONE TO CALL AS THIS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED WITH SUSAN, WHO WAS VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL

Poor customer service and a lack of attention to detail. My car was rushed to be done 3 days early but obviously was not looked over before calling me to pick it up. Drives side window has over spray all over it. Part of the bumper wasn't in place correctly with numersous scratches on the car that was there when I dropped it off. And one thing I don't understand is now my car is ready for me to pick up but is dirtier when I pick it than it was when it was dropped off. Mud all over the tires and rims and the car itself. Why anyone think that's an acceptable way to deliver a vehicle to someone especially if it was just painted and repaired.
