I was so impressed with the care concern and empathy to the effect of not having a vehicle while here in the desert was to myself and our visiting family We had only the Lexus with a family with a baby who was sick. The understanding of the urgency for the need of my vehicle by the staff at FIX was greatly appreciated and the fact that repairs were done as rapidly as possible The policy of keeping me aware of the status of the repair was very important and lastly and most important is the end result of the quality of work that was done. The repair is such that my vehicle looks once again like a new vehicle I take great pride in maintaining my vehicle so the fact that it appears like New is terrific Thankyu Fix. Patti Allen

I’ve seldom used a body shop but a friend suggested FIX. So I went. The facility was spotless & inviting. The ladies behind the desk were great as was Hector. Everyone smiled, pricing was reasonable. and my car looked perfect when they were done. I’ve already started telling my friends to use FIX

When I picked up my car there were scratches all over it which had not been repaired. One of the technicians came with a rag to wipe the scratches. He made a point out of the rag and touched the scratches up. No brushes no rubbing them a little bit. It was pretty disappointing because I expected professionalism from your body shop. I went there because the Toyota dealer referred me. I paid a lot of money. The dents were repaired well but all the other things were just left undone.

Hector was great!! There was a girl I kept speaking on the phone with that was great also I think her name was alma, but I don’t remember. My car looks great I’m glad to finally have it back after wait so long on the insurance!! Thank you to the whole fix it auto team you guys are amazing!!
