Mike was really nice and answered all my question at drop off and again at pickup. Repair looked great! Was not expecting the cleaning job. Car wash and vacum was such a nice touch! David was super helpful when I first came by to pick out a body shop for the repair. His service and knowledge was one of the major factors in choosing Abra. Overall great experience and really nice people!!

I was well pleased with the quality of service provided by Abra. The office staff (Frances) was very friendly and made the customer feel comfortable. David (customer service manager) was professional, courteous and explained to the customer exactly what would be done. The facility was neat and clean. Most of all it was new and different for me to receive a periodic text informing me about the status of my vehicle and a thank you for using Abra. That was neat, I liked it, plus you washed my car. Although I had never heard of Abra I was pleased with the service, would use it again and would recommend it to others. Thanks for the great service.
