I had a horrible experience with Service King (including but not limited to them trying to give me my red car with primer showing, promising my car to be repaired within 2 weeks and taking 5, and also releasing my car to me knowing that a support beam was broken in my drivers door) and I took my car to Master Auto Body in San Marcos, Texas for a rework. It was the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. The staff was incredibly nice and was very straightforward with me. No one tried to BS me just to keep my service, and they even fought for me to get my insurance to approve the extra damages they found from Service King messing stuff up. They did an incredible job. My car looks great, and despite the fact that I have a red car (very hard color to match) they painted it the correct color the first time (Service King painted my car 4 times and it was still incorrect) Martin was very awesome at communicating with my rental car company as well, so when my insurance company didn't call to extend my rental, he also argued with my insurance for them to pay for the rental car. I highly recommend going here for any repairs and I will not be going anywhere else for repairs on my car!
