Joel's Collision Center

I took my car here at the recommendation of my adjuster and at the time i had out of state plates. When I got my car back the clear was too thick so they buffed it. My hood was not closing right so I finally got someone else too examine my car. At this point in time the electrical had issues so I had too get all that repaired which Allstate covered at another shop. I had my allstate adjuster communicating with Joel's and he told them that there was some things that were not repaired right at their shop so Joel said he would fix them. I have letters from my adjuster that Joel said he would fix the problems. Then he later stated too him that he (Joel) was happy with his workmanship and he was not going too work on my car! The hood latch was broken, the left front fender is crooked, they bent the radiator support mount too try and make it fit, The mirror is sticking out, the paint on back bumper is pealing. My driver door is leaking and my floor gets wet because the fender is gaping. I finally got another shop too do an estimate too fix the things they didn't and its ****,271.37. I went too his shop last week too try and talk too Joel and (he was not there) ??? And by the way i would not give them a star but it won't let me submit it without one!

I took my car in last week to have a bumper replaced and I am very happy to say that it was a great experience. My technician, Adam Villareal, explained my options very clearly and I decided to have the bumper replaced rather than try to repair it. BTW...I had been to two other repair facilities and both had quoted me higher for replacing, although neither even discussed the possibility of repairing it instead. Adams explained the process and delivered as promised on schedule and cost. They even washed the car when they were done. After a weekend of driving, I got a warning message that my left side marker needed to be checked. The light is not working and since it is part of the bumper assembly, I will take it back to Joel's and see if they will repair it. They do have an outstanding warranty for their repairs so I am expecting the same great customer service that I got last week. I will update this post after I visit them again. Bottom Line: I don't know the circumstances of anyone who has visited Joel's and come away with a negative review, but I guarantee the veracity of my review. Do yourself a favor, at least get a quote from them before you choose someone else.
