North Haven Auto Body has been proudly serving our community for over 75 years. Our state-of-the-art collision repair facility offers five frame machines, 20 bays and two downdraft spray booths, and we continue to update our equipment to be sure you benefit from all the latest accident repair technologies available. Our team is thoroughly trained in all repair systems to make sure we get it right the first time, period. This is one of the reasons we have become a highly trusted collision repair provider in Connecticut.

As an independent, locally owned and operated business, we believe in supporting our community. We ensure every employee on our staff is a dedicated professional who continues to be well versed in the changing landscape of the auto industry: no matter what make and model of a vehicle you drive, we can repair it. All of our technicians have attended Lexus and Toyota, Audi and Volkswagen factory repair training.

At North Haven Auto Body of North Haven, Connecticut, we ensure we fulfill all the training requirements as an I-Car Gold Class facility. Since we strive to exceed the expectations of the industry and our clients, we have started the process to become an Aluminum certified auto repair center.

As a participating member in the Partnership in Excellence Program, we also meet the S.C.R.S. standards, making North Haven Auto Body a Class “A” facility. Additionally, we have begun the process to become both a General Motors and a Ford Motor Company preferred provider.

At North Haven Auto Body, we are committed to protecting our environment and have taken a greener approach to all our processes, including being one of just a few body shops in the United States that utilizes solar energy to handle collision repair in a more environmentally-friendly manner.

We began using waterborne paint back in 2008; today, more than 70% of vehicles use waterborne base coating and treatments. Thanks to having this technology, we are also able to better match metallic size, and have dropped our emissions during the finishing process by a whopping 50%. But we’re not satisfied with that, so we continue to improve all our processes to make them as green as we can.
