I like the detailed updates. Got a text saying my car would be two days later than expected, but then a minute later got another one explaining that the **** called in sick. Delays happen, but being transparent about the reasons and proactive about communicating them is important. It's nice that the shop did that.

Front windshield is cracked and looking back on the pictures that were taken when I dropped the car off...the crack happened while at the shop. My key fob is also not working correctly. It took almost 2 weeks for the service and the work wasn't what was expected after being there for so long. I had left the rental car in their possession after I picked up my vehicle...untouched, no scratches, no dents, no marks in which I am hoping that I can trust that it will be returned to the rental service in the same shape. I am not happy at all and hope this can be remedied asap. I would like my windshield as well as my key fob fixed and replaced.

When you notified me multiple times that my car was ready to be picked up, don't make me wait 20 minutes for you to clean it. Clean it before I get there.
