Auto Collision Center took care of my car while it was there.They did a very good job repairing the damage as well as taking care of the previous scratch that was in my front bumper which is not part the job they working on.The whole process was quick and easy and they send you regular updates on the repair status which makes you comfortable knowing they are really working on your car and not just seating at thier shop. For me they went above and beyond great customer service in terms of car repair. BRAVO!!!

WOW! Exceeded my expectations! Everyone was friendly, polite, and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. On top of all that, the repairs were done perfectly and amazingly quickly. When I picked up the car, it was immaculately detailed. I brought the car in dirty on the outside and full of dog fur on the inside. It was returened looking like it just came out of the showroom. You folks almost made it a pleasure to be in an accident. Thanks to you all - Howard C

This was the WORST experience ever!! I waited a whole month just for minor repairs and than when I recieved the call saying that my car was ready for pick up, my husband and I checked out the paint work and noticed paint drips on the bumper. We kept our vehicle there to repair the paint drips. I recived an email stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up the second time. We waited an whole entire hour for them to bring our vehicle out, when asked why it took so long, Rito the manager stated because they had to wipe down the windows.. Does it really take 60 minutes to clean windows?? I'm sorry, but you've lost a customer! I will never come back to ACC aging! Worst experience by far!

Over all good service and we are happy to get the car back with all the repairs done. Only suggestion would be to call the customers when the car is fully ready. We had to make a couple of extra trips. Given we live close by it was not a big problem but something to consider. Other than that good service and quality work.

All issues taken care of quickly and professionally. In the lessons learned department for improving satisfaction, we recommend some mechanism be put in place to verify that everything was done. Perhaps use the estimate and check things off after they are completed. When our car was presented as ready, the front end alignment had not been done. After we got the car hope and drove it at night, we found that the headlight in the replaced fender had not been aimed. When it comes to making sure the customer is satisfied, however, you guys totally rock! Thank you.

The only negative thing, if you want to call it negative, was that I had to drive to another location to receive my rental car. Evrything was explained to me perfectly. Evrything was fast and on time. The work on my car was 100 percent perfect and if anything happens to my paint or if I'm in satisfied in any way I can come back. It makes me want to switch my auto insurance to Geico and me and my family might just do that. Don't let me find out geico is cheaper than Liberty mutual becase we will switch tomorrow

I was completely taken by surprise by how much you had it together there. You had everything ready to go for me when I got there with my vehicle. You knew I was coming, you were prepared with a rental vehicle, you updated me as each step was done on my repairs, and my car was in super polished shape when I picked it up. The repairs looked fantastic and everyone there was knowlegable and courteous. You gave me no choice but to gossip about you all and tell everyone I know how awesome you had been to me. From a score of **** to 10, I give you 12! Thank you for making it all so easy for me at a time when I needed a "good" break.
