The paint job is horrible. Peeling and missing paint. The pieces are not right and do not meet to factory specification. Bad workmanship all around. People are rude.

Unfortunately the driver control for the right rear window is inoperative. Other than that the work was great!

Gaps in alignment of wheel weld panel. Plastic section is completely outside the place where it meets the metal Not symetrical with undamaged (left) Panel. I can see discoloration that looks like an attempt to repair a dent. Poor repair. Very unsatifified and disappointed.

When I received my car it was cleaned and detailed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also they put some locks I had bought on my rims. Thank you for great customer service. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

Everyone involved was very professional and we're very detail oriented on what I was to expect in getting my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. I got the text messages in a timely manner, and as we got closer to the complete date I called and spoke with Elizabeth and she returned my calls promptly. Overall I'm very satisfied at the work that was done to my Chevy Cruze.

Thank you. The repair was done very well. Look almost like new. The best part was the service. I was driven home by one of the employees even I said I was going to walk home (about 7 miles) instead of renting a car.

Took longer than expected. Missing items from trunk area and damage was in front of car. Keyless door entry doesn't work anymore . Spots on side of car.

I was in my first car accident and was completely nervous about the whole experience. I contacted my insurance company and they set up an appointment for me to meet my insurance agent there. You guys were supper helpful and made this process such a breez. The updates about my car really helped and made me feel good knowing your taking care of car but it also helped me and my concerns. Thank you also for washing my car. My car came out of your lot looking brand new. Thank you so much for all of you working hard to get my "baby" fixed. Completely awsome. I will definitely be sending people to you.

I was very pleased with their work especially when they were willing to take it to a shop that specializes in fixing modified van for physically challenged drivers who are wheelchair users. The Only thing I would change is choosing to be called instead of texted about the progress. Responding at all to one message stops the updates. With that said, the updates via calling, may just be only a recording and answering questions, if need be, may not be possible either. So, any questions I did have was done by calling the office directly, which they were more than happy to help.
