The customer service that I received was friendly and professional. I loved receiving updates via text messages. I especially appreciated the helpful way that Stephanie eased my fears about leaving my brand new 2017 vehicle there. I am so glad that I chose Toyota of North Charlotte because my vehicle looks just like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. Thank you to the entire team!

Took a little longer then I expected. However they kept me updated on the process every step of the way. The Truck looked absolutely amazing.... I couldn't imagine taking it to anyone else. Toyota of North Charlotte has earned my Buisness....

Tech placed the wrong piece on the car during the repair, after waiting a month for the vehicle to be completed I had to return on one of my few days off to have the issue corrected.
