We are completely satisfied with the work done on our car. The only downside was all of the shop dust in the car when we came to pick it up, and to be perfectly honest with you, if it was not a brand new car, with less than 2,000 miles on it, I probably would not of even been concerned. But, the entire transaction, the updates I received were above all expectations. Thank you.

I haven't had a lot of time to go over everything thoroughly yet, but so far everything looks very well done. Kendra was great to work with and outside of a few delays in happy with my experience with the repair shop at Toyota North Charlotte. I was very happy with the front of the house staff at the body shop (Lindsay, Scott, and Kevin) but very disappointed with the actual work that was done by the technicians. I had to have issues corrected four times after reviewing the work done on my car. That was very frustrating. The final result was satisfactory, but it took me sending the car back each time to get it right.

They put the emblem on the door vs the fender . I had to wait 30 more minutes for the vehicle. The shop did not do a walk around to show me what repairs were done. I not to happy with the service .
