Every single person I interacted with from start to finish was SO nice & helpful! I was very impressed with how quickly my car was repaired, and appreciated the text updates! Thank you to everyone for making such a negative situation much more pleasant! I hope I never need your service again, but if I did I know I would be in very good hands! Also, being able to have my estimate done, then car immediately taken into the shop, and getting my rental at the same time/place was wonderful!

They did an outstanding job on my 2003 yukon on 2 separate occasions. They kept me informed about the repair process via text messages. The staff was very courteous and friendly as well as knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend toyota of North charlotte to anyone needing auto body work done to their vehicle.
