Classic Collision of Morrow at Allan Vigil

Customer service is very important to me and I must say that my Classic Collision team member, Shey, provided world class service to me. He walked me through the entire process step by step, making sure that I was aware of what would take place and that I felt comfortable and understood. He called me along the way to update me of the process, returned my calls immediately and showed total patience the entire process. I forgot something in the car and had no problem with me coming by to get it. And when I got there to pick it up, he again showed me what was going on and where my car was in the process. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Shey. He was definitely a man of his word...if he said he was going to do something, he did. And most of all, when he thought I might get the car on Tuesday before Thanksgiving and I asked "Can I please get it Friday", somehow he made it happen! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I don't think it could have happened with anyone other than Shey. His customer service skills are stellar! I would definitely recommend others to Classic Collision and tell them to ask for no one other than Shey. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! Razelda K
