Shea Looney was very professional and detailed. He kept me informed of any updates or changes made. I appreciated that he treated my car as if it was his own in regards to make sure all repairs were close to perfect in the blending and matching up of the paint. This is my first time doing business with Classic Collision and this experience left me with a feeling that Classic Collision takes pride in their customers. Ms. Linda was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. I definitely will recommend Classic Collision to anyone that may have a need.

I'm missing 2 rivits that hold on my trim and also missing a 200 pairof Costa Delmar sunglasses and the GM seems to be a good guy

I have spoke to Amber and and manager. I was told by both the items would be completed to finish job like it was suppose to be done the first time. I am angry that my car was there for over a week and the rear bumper cover was replaced and the step pad of all things is not properly installed and not glued down correctly and NO one say the error, but I saw it 10 feet away. No I have to take another day and drive and sit around there and wait. I WA really spruced there was not a final person to look over repair to make sure everything was done. We all are human, and look over things we see all day for a week. A fresh pair of eyes would have seen this. I brought my car to Alan Vigil for the repair because I expected the repairs to be done correct and with use of Mercury parts. Mark M

The vehicle was available as promised. They keep you updated on any changes. Paper processing is a breeze (it is a claim: StateFarm ). Chris Mauldin took care of my vehicle while Mr.John, the manager personally handed over my keys when the job was finished. Everybody in the office is pleasant & cordial. I am happy & vcery satisfied.
