The work was done very well. The only issue have is the lack of communication. Our work was done the week of the snow so we understood that things might be delayed. However, we were never told of the delays until we had to call several times. We were told several times that we would get a call back in an hour. On ever occasion, we were never called back!!!

The hood still makes a rattling/whistling sound from what I think is the latch still being loose and shaking from the engine.
