The communication initially seemed fantastic. The text updates letting me know my repair was on track were great. Then, my car was not ready the when promised and your shop did not contact me to let me know there would be a delay. What is the point of the text updates if they stop when there is a delay in the job? My car was supposed to be repaired on May 25th. It was not ready until june 6th. Nearly 2 weeks later than promised. The repair work seems good, timeliness and communication was terrible.

I am completely satisfied with the work performed on the car. I really appreciate ICC going the extra mile to fully fix the bumper and still give me the 100 dollar appearance allowance. My car looks great and I’m very happy with it. The customer service was excellent through the entire process. I appreciate your extra attention to detail. Thank you

It was difficult to get through to a person by phone. Several attempts were made to no avail. Later in the day another attempt was made and finally the phone was answered.

There was chips in the paint for the bumper that was changed. I went back and the front desk guy said that the damage was new, when clearly it was damage that happened at the shop
