We had our Van there the whole day for them to look at the wiring problem suggested by our insurance to take our vehicle to you guys at avalon. They came back to me telling our insurance person that they didnt see any problem and nothing broken with our vehicle even though mouse drippings were around the area. I took our van to the dealership and they listened to what i had to say and found the broken and chewed up wiring in less than an hour. I am so dissatisfied at your service. Hope your managers can see this situation and moving forward improve your service.

You called me at 3:00 today and said my car was ready,a whole day early? My car was not checked over obviously either by your country. Or Geico rep. Scratch in hatch, backup camera not replaced,taillight not working? We now have to return, and our rental car has been returned! Not satisfied!!! Jeff Saddoris

I was very impressed by Avalon. They were courteous and effective. I appreciated the updates and the fact it was done right on time. The whole team of office staff, rental car and Geico people worked really well together. I wish some of my platoons when I was in the USMC worked this well...lol A special thanks to Stephanie who kept me informed and was a joy to be around.

I loved the update texts that were sent to in regards to the repair of my car. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was informed that the repair was ahead of schedule. I will definitely use you again
