The paint job was horrendous. You can see lumps everywhere. The rear bumper was reassembled with the use of a plastic pry tool scratching the paint where it was applied. In addition, the corner of the bumper was sticking out. The bumper applique was all scratched in addition to scratching the paint job. Avalon did excellent work on our first vehicle brought there. Because we were impressed the first time, we had no hesitation bringing our future cars back to Avalon. What a big disappointment this time? The craftsmanship was 180 degree different from our first experience. Avalon should do a quality control before calling the customer to pick up their car.

The most annoying part about a car accident especially one that you're not at fault is the headache dealing with the repairs. Avalon Collision Center made it a very pleasant experience guiding the client through the process from start to finish with constant updates via text messages. Your exemplary customer service made us at ease trusting you'll restore our car as if it was brand new which you did. We cannot THANK YOU and your staff enough. Keep up the good work.
