First, I loved the customer-oriented service from Leslie and Mike. They were focused on delivering an excellent result as quickly as possible. Leslie was extremely patient and efficient in getting the necessary paperwork completed. Mike constantly updated me on the work from start to finish. He also personally ensured that the work was completed to the highest standards. He patiently answered questions from me and insurance agent. Best of all they were authentic and created such a warm atmosphere for me, the customer.

Thank you so much for all of the updates throughout the repairing process. I so much appreciated the text messages and the phone calls tom Larry. The receptionist a the front desk was also very pleasant and very efficient. I am so happy that we chose the Joyce Koons body shop to fix ou Accord's bumper after it was hit! If we need body work in the future, we will definitely use Joyce Koons Body shop! They also delivered the car one day early! Thank you again.

Only item that could have been handled better was to have gotten a phone call on 12/19 stating my car wouldn't be ready as expected. Rather than me calling in at the end of my work day to find out the car wouldn't be ready until 12/20. Other than that everything went well.
