My overall experience was pretty bad. Took my car for repair,nothing really big,and Took for ever originally was 2 weeks,and that was a lot, considering that the total amount of hours needed according to the estimate was 18. During the 2 weeks I was getting text messages to let me know about the progress made,5 days before the promise day I got a text telling me that the car was at 60% and then **** day before the pick up day I went to the shop to coordinate the pick up time and that's when the bs started,excuses why my car wasn't even at 20%done blaming the insurance co. Finally when the car was ready and I went to pick it up,Jason didn't even thank me for my business,didn't say goodbye,much less walked me to my car to do the appropriate walk through. My experience with you guys was pretty BAD and the way I was treated by Jason the last day made me feel like ****,again I can not believe he didn't even say goodbye. He just turned around and left.

My truck is leaking radiator fluid which was supposed to fixed due to the accident. I will be returning to the body shop first thing Monday Nov. 24th to have this problem corrected. I fully expect your complete cooperation in this matter and a loaner car for this inconvenience. Sincerely, Jason T

When picking up the 'finished" car I found the windshield was cracked. It was not cracked from the deer strike. Now I have to bring the car back in to fix the windshield.

The professionalism of the staff was great. I was unhappy in one area which caused the car to be completed a day late. I was notified 30 minutes before I was scheduled to pick the car up. Reason given was the computer didn't identify a part not received for the repairs therefore causing the additional day to recieve the part. Computer programs are a great tool to assist with our jobs but shouldn't replace human interface to confirm all parts are available to complete the repairs. Again, the Koons staff was superb and the repairs to the car looked great.
