That job take to long for order parts I expected it should be sooner and cleaning in the car and out side not completely I hope SK should done better than that I have disappointed this time

Customer service is pretty bad. They never informed me the change in estimate date for pick up until and unless I have called them. They never gave me a callback to let me know the status of my car rven though they claimed they will do that.

Excellent quality work on my vehicle. Terrible communication and no follow-up until I initiated communication. Manager had to get involved and had to follow-up when I received no communication about my vehicle repairs being delayed.

Doesn’t seem like the car is the same as before. Might have to bring it back, because the food floats while driving. And doesn’t seem safe to drive.

My car is super washed and vacuumed. The staff is courteous and my repair is great. So far so good. Always a pleasure to have my car repaired by you. Now if people would stop hitting me it would be great!

At pick up we found deep scrape in paint adjacent to repair area that are WORSE than what you repaired. ****) This shouldn’t happen. 2) It should have been caught and fixed before we got there.
