A job well done and done fast! Specially my thanks to Ms. Heather Fowler who is not only very professional in handling the repair of my car but also went to an extra mile to make me happy touching up some minor scratches on the car. Ms. Fowler is someone whom you absolutely want to seek help when you need to repair your car. My hat is off to her. Thank you, Ms. Fowler!

Car estimated completion date continued to be pushed out 4 days in a row. It would have been better to be told that car would not be ready for a few days instead of being told the car would be ready tomorrow, and then not be notified until the end of the day that the car was not ready and would be ready the next day again and again. Also, alignment on car feels off.
