I'm happy with the finished work but I thought communication could be better. If you need more time working on my car, just let me know through a text. If you're about to finish, it's nice to know the exact time for me to pick up the car, rather than estimate a morning deadline then unable to contact until late afternoon.

My Service King Representative Heather was TERRIFIC throughout the entire repair process starting with expediting & shortening my original repair timeframe from 7 days down to 5 days in efforts to allow me to have access to my car for family vacation.
