The car looks great, but took twice as long as was originally estimated for repair. The explanation as to why it took an extra week wasn't actually given until I finally picked up the car, even though I'd asked several times during the process. The lack of (good) communication caused a repair to be missed and now I have to bring the car back for three days, whereas if I'd been honestly told what was going on, that repair could have been done during the two week time frame.

Miguel Tellez did an exellent job with explaining to me the repair process. He was clear and he also answered other questions about my car that were not related to my cat accident. I recommend him and I would choose Service King again in the future.

Long wait time when dropping off. Half hour wait when picking up. Car was done over a week later than I was originally told because other cars were moved up in priority.
