You did not check the plastic panel attached conformally. It was caused by the accident. I still don't know inside parts and that's why I cannot tell you if I am completely satisfied. Please wait until I check inside parts at a body shop! I think you did a good job outside in general.

While my job wasn't completed on time, Luis was in constant communication with me on the status of my car which I very much appreciated. In addition, due to the delay of the repairs, I had to go over my insurance covered rental car time frame and Service King didn't skip a beat in offering to cover the extra days. In the end, I'd much rather they take the extra time to fix the car right, which is exactly what they did. The car looks better than new!

Martin was exceptional. He was very friendly and kept me posted every step of the way. He and a mechanic went the extra mile when I asked them to look at the hood that was stuck on my other old car. They took out a couple of tools and fixed it in the parking lot. And they refused a tip. I won't forget it. I'd highly recommend ServiceKing to friends.
