Martin Velasquez was extremely polite, helpful and professional. He made my experience very easy and comfortable. I was shocked how quickly my car was repaired. Their work was exceptional. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend your company to all my friends and family and if I ever need body repair in the future I'll be a returning customer.

I had very poor experience- my car was held for repair for a month, and when I picked it up today, it appeared to have problems when I drove out of the parking lot. I reported this to Hector the service manager. He told me there was no issue with the car so I again drove away. I made it less than **** mile and the car transmission began to leak fluid and broke down. Horrible experience, car still not repaired after one month, and no end in sight to have a safe reliable repair completed.

This is the 3rd time I had to use your service, twice under a previous owner. Two of the times, I was hit while parked and once I was sideswiped in a parking lot. Allstate could not find your shop(new ownership/name) at first and referred me to a shop in Sunnyvale. I refused and then they found you, again. I would not trust my vehicles to anyone other than Martin. He is the most caring, professional, efficient and thorough service person whom I have ever met. As a former CEO of a public company, I appreciate and respect these qualities in an employee. He should be commended for not only how he makes a customer feel comfortable, but also for the extremely positive manner in which he represents your business. I have referred him to two friends in the past, and they felt the same way. My wife's Lexus needs detailing, and I hope that you can handle it for us. Martin is truly an asset to your business, and I hope he will be acknowledged for being so. It is not very often that a person meets someone like him. Sincerely, Bill Horgan
