Everyone at Service King from the Hector, the guy marking the car and who glued down the right corner of my bumper (unrelated accident), the receptionist and even the Enterprise rental guy were so friendly and efficient!!! My car came back better than expected - even better service than at my dealer! It was fixed perfectly and came back so clean too. My girls loved the grape smell inside. The name "Service King" is so true! It turned an unpleasant accident from turning into a nightmare. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Hector was very nice and very well informed. He was able to quickly explain to me the process of repair on my car and provided me with estimates of cost and time to repair. The girls at the front desk were quite polite. The car was fixed faster than I expected was possible, and looks great. Also the car came back far cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. Great experience all around.

Luis Santos & Hector Vasquez were my advisors and both kept me well-advised of my repair every step of the way. They were both always kind and professional in answering my many questions too. I also, would like to point out that I appreciated the convenience of having Enterprise on-site; it saved me time. Finally, the one thing that really stood out to me, the ladies working the front desk were very helpful, pleasant, and professional too. Not just to me, but every single Customer that walked through the doors. They should all be commended for providing such great customer service.
