Upon first arriving with my car, the individual assisting me lacked supportive customer service. I was clearly upset & not really expecting my bumper to fall off due to a cement curb (which has never happened to me. Ever). She repeatedly kept telling me how & why it was my fault & how common it was for people to rip their bumpers off...a great deal of emphasis as to why it was MY fault. I had to tell her to please stop telling me all the ways in which this is my fault, it’s not helping anything. I had to call & check on the status of my car & that was due to enterprise letting me know that I would only be covered for my rental until the end of ****/9/18. It was after 4:30 when I called & received a call back that my car was done. Upon picking up my car, as she’s giving me my keys she says ‘looks like you’ve learned an expensive lesson about parking by cement’...it’s rare that someone expects their bumper to get ripped off after parking it & even more unlikely that someone is thrilled about spending an unexpected $****,0000. Perhaps a more empathetic response & experience would’ve made this whole this more tolerable. I hope to never have to go back to that service king location.

I just picked up my car and the work looks great. I was really satisfied with the entire process... From calling in my claim, getting an appointment at Service King, dropping off the car, getting a rental, and picking up my car. I was really impressed with the efficient and transparent service process and that all the work was guaranteed. Thank you to David and Heather. While the repair seems done properly, my car was returned with hundreds of **** spots/dashes on the entire body. Like someone sprayed a **** liquid nearby my car. I spent more than **** hour to clean it. I originally thought this was dust but it really looks like something has really got sprayed. I found that on the roof, hood, sides so I have no idea why this was left like this. I should have complained at reception but I couldn't imagine this could be something so difficult to remove
Pity, the rest of the paint work was sastifying.

Luis was a good rep for service king - very nice, prompt, and apologetic for any issues that occurred in the process. While I understand the shop works on dozens of cars daily, receiving my car back where it was not aligned resulted in me not being completely satisfied.
Luis was very apologetic when this occurred and immediately worked on the car when I brought it back. But $6.5k of work only to have an alignment issue caused by the service king techs has me concerned about future work needed at this location.
