Make very good job. Wen I pick up my truck is so dirty they leave a lot dust between the silverado letters and polish dust all over my truck

Yes, there is one thing that I mostly appreciated aside from the great service and the constant update on the progress of my vehicle to its completion date was when one person that I didn’t get his name that help me out to pay my deductible with his card because they don’t accept cash and he was generous enough to help me out. Thank you so much to that person, not only that they do a great job at their work but they also take that extra step to help their customers. I’m glad I choose the Santa Clara service king repair shop to service my vehicle.

My experience with service king was awesome. Luis R was my service rep. He was v polite, friendly, and extremely good about communicating all the details about my car repair. I greatly appreciated his incredible service and would like to mention him specially. All other personnel I worked with were also extremely helpful and competent. I would rate you a ten!!! Thank you!

Luis is good, but he has the challenge, my car has cilajet coating from Lexus, it seems that he has some difficult time in getting that done for my car. I don’t think it is his fault, but I hope he can solve the problem of getting the coating done for me

When i went to pick up the car first time it didn’t look right so they took it back and again they had to align the bumper right , they don’t check the quality of work before delivering the car I? would never go back there or recommend any one
