The repair looks great. There was very good communication to me throughout the process on the status of my repair. That was much appreciated. During the repair process you noticed a part that did not fit as well as you liked, so you ordered a new one and redid the work. I would highly recommend your shop to anyone that has need of a vehicle body repair.

Staff was friendly and repairs were done in timely manner. Only suggestion is updating the pay machine. It wouldn't take my card and I had to drive around searching for somewhere to go to take money out.

Very professional and efficient. However my parking permit for Clergy disappeared from my dashboard. Dashboard was what was being worked on so I imagine someone set parking permit aside-would really like having the Clergy permit returned as it costs money. Otherwise GREAT job.

Location, location, location. After I dropped my car off, I was accosted by a man with drug tracks down his arm seeking money while I waited for the cab to pick me up (first Body Shop I've ever been to that didn't offer to take me home after dropping off). When I picked my car up, the door was unlocked, which should never have happened on the hilltop. I could see it if I was at, say, the Toy Barn in Dublin, but the Hilltop is not a location you want your car unlocked in. I also arrived at the shop the day I dropped it off with a lot of gas in the tank. When I picked it up, somehow it was mysteriously on empty, with the notification light on no less. Aside from the cost of gas lost, I definitely didn't want to break down in the area. Also, the day I dropped the car off, I talked to someone in the garage asking that someone call me about some possible additional work on the car. I said the same to the Geico representative. They both assured me I would be contacted while the car was there, but I never did get that call. I have to say, the repair job looks good, but the rest of it left me with a sour note, and then some.
