When I went to pick up my car, the exhaust had not been replaced properly causing an additional day of repair . This caused additional rental car costs. I arrived at 530 to pick up my car. Everyone was gone and my car locked in a fence even tho I was assured I would be able to pick it up at 530

I was not satisfied at all, I was actually disappointed. There was still things on my car that was damaged on my car from the accident that u guys didn't fix. I will not be back nor will I recommend you guys to anyone else. Plus you called us late Friday night saying our car was ready and said to come in on Monday to pick up our car, well we picked up our car on Monday but got charged Friday night , Saturday, Sunday and Monday for the rental car that was supposed to be covered but since our car was done Friday night and since we didn't return it till Monday we had to pay out of pocket even though u guys said not to come till Monday!!

Only disappointment was I was getting texts saying my car would be ready Thursday @ 4:00. Wasn't ready until next morning. Made a difference when i was able to pick it up.

Fred Rieser Auto Body was excellent to work with. Everyone was very pleasant and they all cared about my needs. I especially liked getting text messages with updates on how the repairs were coming along and advising if my car was still on track to be finished in the time frame expected. It's never pleasant being in an accident and all employees are to be commended for making me feel important.
