Just know the saying "you break it you pay for it" doesn't apply here. We received our quote to have our new truck repaired after being sideswiped by someone while having lunch in Orlando, they left the scene and didn't leave a note. So, to our surprise we got a double whammy from the Chevy Collision Center when Glen called stating they broke the black trim on the bed of our truck while 'taking it off gently,' and was required to pay an extra $100 to have it replaced. Will not use their service again.
