From start to finish everything was communicated clearly. All in a professional matter; no scare tactics. They were very helpful in obtaining and returning my rental car. And they washed AND looks like vacuumed the interior of my car. It needed it. Bonus ! Everyone is happy and friendly. What a huge difference from the old classic.

The body damage was corrected but my car was left in undriveable dangerous condition. The back rear passenger tire pressure was 6 lbs. I drove into jiffy lube next door and the tire didn't appear to have a nail but that fact that you guys let me drive off with an extremely low air pressure is unexceptable. I drove he car to another tire shop down the street and he stated that the front two tires would blow out at anytime and the alignment was severely off. The fact hat his was not addressed before I pulled off is unexeptable and dangerous. Had i known it was in this shape I would have left the car there and discussed further repairs.
