I am extremely happy and inpressed about the level of professionalism of the staff members. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Tab was responsible about my car repair; he did an awesome job communicating with me and updating me frequently about the status of my car. His work was excellent. Mike Jordan probably cannot jump from the free throw line and dunk a basketball, but He is an awesome customer service consultant. My car looks brand new and He delivered it sooner than expected! He also kept me very informed of the progress the body shop guys were making 2-3 times per week.... I would highly recommend Classic Collision to anybody needing repairs to their car...

Classic collision made the whole process extremely easy. It can be a hassle getting into an accident and Geico and Classic Collision simplify the whole process by keeping in constant contact with me and even allowing me to return the rental car to classic collision. Marco White and his manager and all of the employees at Classic Collision of Alpharetta where extremely helpful and nice. They all kept me updated every week on the progress of my car repairs.
