All staff members were wonderful! Treated me well and with respect. My only agreivation was that when I asked about my car (because it was kept a week longer than it was originally estimated at), the answers provided to me were very vague and my representive wasn't confident in her answers although she was new. Don't get me wrong.... she was great!! But I feel that she just needed a little more experience (not a bad thing). Otherwise I was extremely satisfied!!

Repairs took much longer than promised and I had to keep calling to get any information. Several times work stopped on my car because they needed info.from me but didn't ask. In one case the car wasn't worked on for a week until I called them and finally they said they needed to ask me about new damage unrelated to the accident. I had called 3 times in that period and nobody gave any update. This was a terrible service job.

I tried several times over the 17 day period to speak to Kristie Seymour. Calls were not returned and her office and cell phone voice mail box were always full. Other than that, I was pleased with the final result of the work done on my car.

There was and entire lack of communication with me about the status of the repairs on my vehicle, especially since they took five days longer than promised. It is not the delay that was the problem, but the entire lack of communication (failure to return voicemails, answer email inquiries and/or text increase). While I received an apology after the fact, there was no real effort to ensure customer satisfaction with the process.
