You did a great job and were very helpful, but you need to work on your communication with the customer. I would recommend you highly to any one who needs work done but now if I recommend you i have to put a but in the recommendation because of the infrequency of communication, but as I said I am very satisfied with the work you did and that is why I would recommend you.

I was surprised at the speed of the work was performed. However not everything was performed as I requested. But overall I'm satisfied. Thankful for work performed by Toyota on the suspension. Thank You, Otmar R

With this being my first accident, Carl Stokes was AMAZING! He answered any and all questions I had,he calmed any anxiety I had from being away from my car (my first one) and dealing with the insurance company and even if I felt like I was too much with the phone calls he was always patient and polite. The customer service experience I had with him is hands down the reason I will come back to Classic Collision if I am ever in need of repair. Also, whoever completed the repairs on my car did an AWESOME job. She looks as good as the day I brought her and thank you for the wash and detailing!

Broken glass still seems to be in the tracks of my sunroof from when it was broken, glass can be heard scratching in the works. The XM fin was not repaired and still has scratches on it (part is said to be replaced soon). There is a new stain on the sunroof visor (part is said to be replaced soon). Sunroof visor is misaligned. There is quite a lot of residue on the car from repairs which the presenter tried to help clean, but it would have taken too long, so I left as the shop was closing soon.

They took three months to repair my car.Every other day I'd get a text that it would be delayed again.They finally offered a rental car because my insurance only covered 30 days.I lost work days and my job and got so behind.They put other cars before mine and said they didn't have enough technicians,but the whole experience is awful.I went to pick it up yesterday and the the gas lid cover wouldn't open correctly.I can't imagine underneath my car.
