The car looks great, communication was great, it was completed quickly and before they thought it would be. The team delivered the car to my house (I live locally). Everyone was very friendly and easy! Great experience and very happy with the results!!!

The McDonough location is awesome. I received prompt updates and can't describe the service levels Melanie and her team displayed. I am satisfied beyond my expectations. From the day my car was picked up until it was delivered was extraordinary service. The level of detail and the quality repairs must be mentioned. I will recommend anyone needing repairs done due to damage go to Classic Collision in McDonough. Kudos to the Team

I was very impressed with Christina and her staff. The Union City facility was unable to accommodate my car needs due to required parts, time and man labor, so they referred me to the McDonough facility. At this point, l didn't know what to expect. However, after speaking with Christina, l knew that l was going to be taken care of in the most professional manner. She explained the process in detailed. She covered every possible concern. I was totally at ease leaving my vehicle in the care of McDonough Classic Collision. I was constantly informed of the repair status of my vehicle via text message to the very last hour. I was escorted to my car for a final walk through be removing my car from the facility. The professionalism and the outstanding customer service was totally awesome. I am one satisfied customer. Shani was so nice, but my wait time was awful to pick up my car. I was told it was ready by Bonnie and it really wasn't. I miss my rental car drop off time.

I received an email and a phone call stating my vehicle was complete. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle my vehicle was not complete. The manager stated it had not been through the QA/QC inspection. The bumper had not been painted as was stated it should have been on the estimate. There were also blemishes on the newly painted front left fender. The left wheel well liner had not been replaced. The hood was out of allignment so much that it would not latch without forcibly slamming the hood which also caused the paint on the grille to chip. The grille was missing the top right retention clip and the bottom right retention clip was not fastened. The vehicle missed the completion date by more than two weeks which the manager blamed on waiting for supplemental insurance claims, which I would have believed if not for the fact that parts had been ordered and received, that were not on the original estimate, and a supplemental had not been received, nor approved. The manager offered to fix the mistakes, but I refused because I had serious reservations about the competence of the technicians in the shop to correctly fix the vehicle given all of the mistakes on my vehicle.
